Usage
Lady’s mantle has been used for many centuries for the female reproductive system. It was traditionally taken to regulate menstruation, relieve painful or excessive periods and help with menopausal symptoms. It has a cooling, astringent and drying quality and has been used as a poultice to stem bleeding.
In the middle ages it was attributed with magical properties due to the little pool of dew that collected in the centre of each leaf overnight.
