Catmint thrives in a sunny spot and will produce soft mounds of fuzzy scalloped shaped leaves throughout the spring and summer before dying down again each autumn. It looks particularly stunning alongside paths, around the edge of borders and in containers where it trails over the edges. It is loved by most cats and it isn't unusual to find some some of the feline species laying happily in amongst the plants.
Usage
Apart from its very pretty use in the garden in containers and along border, this aromatic herb is attractive to cats who love to roll and frolic in the foliage. It flowers for a long period over the summer and the pretty blue/purple flowers are loved by bees.
